By placing an order you agree to the terms and conditions presented by Cosmic Capes.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We endeavour to fulfil and ship orders within 15-20 working days from the time of purchase however in some cases this may take longer so please allow up to 25 working days from the time of purchase for your order to be dispatched.    

UK Orders- We offer a 1st class tracked service within the UK using Royal Mail for £2.85. 

International Orders- Will be charged at the current cost of standard postage including tracking.   International buyers are responsible for any fees, duty, taxes or customs that may apply within their resident country. 

 In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged please get in contact with us so that we can address the situation appropriately. Note contact must be made within 72 hours of receiving your item(s) and will also require photographic evidence of the damaged item.    

All orders- All orders are, sent in a bubble mailer to provide sufficient protection for your item(s). Should you prefer alternative packaging please contact us as this will affect the overall cost of shipping.    

Cosmic Capes will not be held responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items once your order is in the possession of the courier/postal service or there after. 

You the buyer are responsible for any costs incurred for failed delivery attempts and or items returned to sender including re-delivery fees. In the unlikely event this occurs and you do not wish for re-delivery Cosmic Capes will not provide a refund for your items.   

 We are a made to order business therefore we are unable to accept returns. In the case of faulty items please contact us directly at info@cosmic-cpaes.com where we will address any return requests appropriately and or arrange to send out a replacement item. Please note that photographic evidence will need to be provided. Should a return be agreed upon postage costs are the buyers responsibility.

Our products are custom made by hand, because of this all items are non returnable and non refundable. "In Stock' items indicate that we will begin fulfilment of your order once we have received payment in full unless agreed otherwise previously. We do allow for back orders but please note this means the item is available to purchase but we no longer have the necessary components to create your item(s) immediately and will be ordering more materials to complete your order. Items on back order will take longer to complete so please allow for this. Once your order has been completed we will send an email to notify you that your order has now been dispatched along with any tracking details if applicable. Please note we may take up to 15-20 working days to complete and dispatch your order (back ordered items and custom orders will take longer).

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that all details are correct upon placing an order. Cosmic Capes will not be liable for any losses due to incorrect details being provided. Should you need to make any changes please contact us immediately at info@cosmic-capes.com where we will address any requests for change in a timely manner. Please note once an order has shipped we are unable to facilitate any changes. In the event an order is cancelled a refund will be provided with a deduction of 10% of the total cost of the order to cover any transactional fees we may have incurred.

While we are confident in the quality of our products we strongly recommend handling with care. Additionally we recommend avoiding prolonged periods of direct sunlight as this can lead to colour fading. Upon receipt our fabrics are pre-washed but please be aware colour run can still occur.

While we try to ensure the colours depicted in our images are accurate, many factors such as lighting, monitor resolution and image quality make it virtually impossible to represent colour with 100% accuracy.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time.

You the buyer agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any contents of the Service / product, use of the Service, any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without written permission from us.
