Shipping

We endeavour to fulfil and ship orders within 15-20 working days from the time of purchase however in some cases this may take longer so please allow up to 25 working days from the time of purchase for your order to be dispatched.  


UK Orders- We offer a 1st class tracked service within the UK using Royal Mail for £2.85.  International Orders- Will be charged at the current cost of standard postage including tracking. 


International buyers are responsible for any fees, duty, taxes or customs that may apply within their resident country.  In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged please get in contact with us so that we can address the situation appropriately. Note contact must be made within 72 hours of receiving your item(s) and will also require photographic evidence of the damaged item.  


All orders- All orders are, sent in a bubble mailer to provide sufficient protection for your item(s). Should you prefer alternative packaging please contact us as this will affect the overall cost of shipping. 


 Cosmic Capes will not be held responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items once your order is in the possession of the courier/postal service or there after. You the buyer are responsible for any costs incurred for failed delivery attempts and or items returned to sender including re-delivery fees. In the unlikely event this occurs and you do not wish for re-delivery Cosmic Capes will not provide a refund for your items.  


We are a made to order business therefore we are unable to accept returns. In the case of faulty items please contact us directly at info@cosmic-cpaes.com where we will address any return requests appropriately and or arrange to send out a replacement item. Please note that photographic evidence will need to be provided. Should a return be agreed upon postage costs are the buyers responsibility.
