Yes! We ship all across the world!
Yes we do! We love working on custom pieces for our customers. We do get busy so during busy periods we limit the number of custom orders we take temporarily.
Each item is made to order. For this reason it takes 15-20 Working days for us to make and dispatch your order (Not including Weekends). During busy periods this time frame may increase.
Of course. If you'd like to add an item to an existing order send us a message so we can advise the best way to do this. Please be aware this will increase the time it takes for your order to be dispatched. If we don't hear from you then multiple orders will be shipped separately.
Sadly not. We prefer to avoid handling other peoples possessions. We'd hate for it to get lost in the post or damaged. We also don't want to have to charge more for postage!
If any modification is required to fit one of our items on your figure we will briefly describe how we did it in the product description on the product page. However if something requires more than cutting an existing cape off or boiling and popping a torso we probably won't make it. So all of our items are simple to add to your figure!
All orders are sent tracked and signed and a tracking number is always provided and can be found on your Dispatch notification email (please check your junk mail!) or on your Cosmic Capes account under "Orders"
